Ameya Kalamdani is a guitarist and composer from Canton, Michigan. He began playing guitar at the age of 13 and played in multiple rock bands throughout High School. He has also been a part of several pit orchestras for theater productions. After having such a diverse range of experience playing music Ameya decided that music was his passion and applied and was accepted to Berklee College Of Music.

 

     At Berklee, Ameya had the opportunity to grow as a musician and artist playing with many different bands at venues all over New England and New York ranging from tiny bars to outdoor festivals. Ameya was exposed to many different styles of music through his experiences at Berklee.

 

     Currently Ameya is living in New York City working as a session guitar player for various artists while working on his own music. He is also the guitarist for bands Queen of Hearts and CenterSun.
